A new round of economic relief was signed into law today. Here’s what you need to know:

A second round of stimulus checks is coming — up to $600 for individuals, $1,200 for joint taxpayers & an additional $600 for each qualifying child

Unemployment benefits will be increased by $300/week, and the benefits will be extended until March 14, 2021

Now self-employed, freelancers, and side-giggers can also receive unemployment benefits through the extended period until March 14, 2021

Student loan payments can continue to be deferred through April 1, 2021
